Important Notice

Please note that this filter is not compatible with Dyson TP01, TP02, TP07, HP07, HP01, HP02, HP09, DP01, DP02, TP10, HP10, or any PH model series (excluding PH04, PH03, PH3A, PH02, PH01). Please check your model number carefully before ordering!

Installation Tips

When installing the Carbon Filter, make sure to place the buckle side upward. After installation, reset the filter to ensure the machine recognizes it. To reset the Carbon filter, hold the "Oscillation" button for 5 seconds until the number counts down to 1. To reset the HEPA filter, press and hold the "Night mode" button on the remote control, which will count down from five and return to the default screen.
